The Brewery Industry is very similar to the Dairy Industry with respect to controls. Andritz Automation has installed several "Clean In Place" (CIP) systems, as well as controls for Foam Traps, Diatomaceous Filtering systems, Brew Kettle Level control, and Alcohol Blending Systems. Brew Kettle Level is especially difficult during hops addition. Having a "smart" system such as Andritz Automation's BrainWave® controller makes these applications simple and trouble-free.

Keeping track of what step the process is in and building in appropriate warnings and alerts can keep the beer flowing day in and day out. A well-designed system has these diagnostics built in from the first design drawing. This is where Andritz Automation's extensive experience makes the difference.
