Project Management

Universal Dynamics has extensive experience in Project Management of industrial projects. We have successfully managed all types of contracts including fixed price, time and materials and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) involving process, mechanical and electrical engineering as well as software development projects. Our trained Project Managers are capable of independently managing multidiscipline projects as well as partnering successfully with other companies.

Project Management typically focuses on scope, cost and schedule. Depending on the size of the project, issues such as risk, quality, procurement, human resources and communication must also be effectively managed. Through all phases of a project life cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closing, Universal Dynamics industry knowledge and technical experience allow us to direct projects in an integrated fashion. Our project managers have a reputation for successfully managing change and risk while taking advantage of new opportunities as appropriate.
