Communication |

A Hazard Communication
program (HazCom) is required for every business where chemicals
are used, distributed, or produced, and each employee must receive
training on this regulation. The intent of this regulation is
to make sure employers and employees are informed of chemical
hazards in the workplace. The HazCom training class provided by
Andritz Automation includes an overview of the regulatory requirements
set forth by the Hazard Communication standard, and can be customized
to incorporate training on your company's HazCom program. The

| Lockout
Tagout |
|
A Lockout/
Tagout program (LO/TO) is required for every workplace where machines
and equipment are serviced and maintained, and unexpected startup
could occur causing injury to personnel. The intent of this rule
is to ensure employees are not exposed unnecessarily to hazards
when maintaining equipment. The training class provided by Universal
Dynamics explains the requirements of the Lockout/ Tagout regulation,
and can include training on your company's Lockout/ Tagout procedures.

Space Entry |
|
The intent
of the Confined Space Entry regulation is to develop practices
and procedures to protect employees from the hazards of entry
and/ or work in permit-required confined spaces. All employers
must evaluate their workplace to determine if confined spaces
are present, classify the spaces, develop entry procedures, and
properly train their employees. The training class provided by
Andritz Automation includes a review of the Confined Space regulatory
requirements and can include training on your company's Confined

Prevention Program |
|
WISHA requires
an Accident Prevention Program or a total safety and health plan
be developed for all facilities. The training class provided by
Andritz Automation addresses the requirements of an Accident Prevention
Program, incorporating training on your company's Accident Prevention
Program. The topics for the training class are:

Accident Prevention Program

of the total Safety and Health Program

when to report on the job injuries

report unsafe conditions

Conservation |
|
A Hearing
Conservation program is required for every facility where workers
are exposed to an eight-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels
or more. The intent of this rule is to ensure employees are protected
against unnecessary hearing damage. The training class provided
by Andritz Automation includes an overview of the Hearing Conservation
regulatory requirements. The training can also be customized to
incorporate training on your company's Hearing Conservation program.

a Risk Management Program (RMP). The purpose of this regulation
is to minimize the potential for a release of hazardous chemicals,
and to quantify the potential release amount and area of impact.
The RMP training class provided by Andritz Automation includes
